Susan Bloch

Executive Coach

I recently spent 3½ years working for two global Indian conglomerates, providing leadership expertise as well as one-on-one and top team coaching. One of these assignments, an organized retail start-up operation, included recruiting and building a team of international specialists, and implementing an organizational culture designed for speed, agility, and innovation.

Clients include senior leaders and top teams in many of the FTSE 200 and Fortune 500 companies across the globe including Microsoft, T-Mobile, Unilever, Sony, Philips, Barclays, Tesco, and Coca Cola. I also coach Business Leaders who transition into Start-Up mode.

Before moving to India, I was Partner and Head of Thought Leadership at Whitehead Mann in London, (now Korn Ferry,) conducting leadership assessment and development programs, as well as board effectiveness reviews.

A Psychology graduate of Columbia University NY, I have co-authored The Global You, How to Manage in a Flat World (published in 8 languages), Employability, and Complete Leadership, and produced a number of research publications on board effectiveness. I have also served on a number of non-profit boards.

I grew up in South Africa and has lived in Israel, the UK the US, and India. I have worked extensively in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and the Middle East. I now live in Seattle and enjoy hiking and traveling. I am also a published author of Fiction Memoir, and Non-Fiction.
