I am a passionate Educator, Trainer and Mindfulness Coach as well as a wellbeing at work advocate.
Having experienced burnout first-hand, I am committed to help people in making a shift in their work and lives to prevent the unnecessary pain that comes from unsustainable levels of stress as well as to enhance their leadership qualities like presence, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
I help my clients liberate their potential through radical Self-Inquiry aimed at deepening their understanding of their own mind as well as realigning their apprehension of reality thereby increasing their impact on the world. I rely on cutting-edge neurobiological models to explain how meditation creates a sustainably healthy mind, translating the sometimes obscure language of eastern spiritual traditions into precise instructions that anyone can put into practice.
I have studied contemplative practices for 20 years, spending five years at a traditional Buddhist philosophy college in Nepal as well as time in long practice retreats. I served as the Executive Director of a worldwide educational organization with an international network of 130 meditation centers in more than 15 countries around the world. A true European citizen, I was born and raised in Italy but lived for several years in Germany and France. I now live in Amsterdam where I have been bringing the benefits of meditation to corporations like KPN and Booking.com, Global Non-Profits Organizations like Plan International as well as academic institutions like The University of Amsterdam.
I have also founded and lead a peer leadership group in Amsterdam & London where leaders in the field of Employees Wellbeing shared know-how and best practices aimed at improving the lives of people at work.
I coach in English, Italian German and French and I am also a musician, cook, barista and pet lover.
