Beth Gordon

Executive Coach

I have more than 20 years of corporate experience, learning from the ground up what makes leaders and teams succeed. With executive coaching experience at all organizational levels, I have seen firsthand the challenges that hold leaders back from being most effective for their teams and their own personal growth. Being a part of the business gives me a greater perspective that I bring to my coaching.

My experience includes Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Change Management, Organizational Development, and Strategic Operations. My focus was the top 100 leaders of a competitive business unit of a 110,000+ employee global pharma organization.

After my tenure in pharma, my private coaching consultancy has grown in varied industries at all levels, specializing in VP, Executive level, and C-Suite. My industry experience includes pharmaceutical, communications, airline, jewelry/retail, manufacturing, nonprofit, fragrance and flavor and others.

I obtained my undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and then achieved my master’s from St. Joseph’s University in Organizational and Leadership Development. I attended iPEC and received my CPC, Certified Professional Coach designation and I am a member of the ICF, International Coaching Federation.

I consider myself a big believer in self-development, therefore I enjoy gaining new certifications to fuel my curiosity. A few certifications specific to coaching are Hogan Assessment, Insights Discovery, Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Benchmarks 360, Neuroleadership Institute Brain Based Coaching and EQ-i 2.0.

I currently live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with my husband, Ken. I take pride in watching my two daughters, Lindsay and Jenna and their husbands, go out in the world and follow their dreams and passions. I love traveling in the US and abroad. My stretch goal is to visit and hike every National Park that the US has to offer.
